MY MISSION
Simply put, I am here to show all you 40+-year-olds how to boss your “middle age” by getting into the best shape of your lives and feeling like you did in your mid-20s.
How: We do this by using a simple system I have put together over the past 15 years that works time after time
Why: I hate seeing people surrender to the BS that society tells us about getting older.
At this stage in our lives, we have the wisdom and experience we once dreamed of but often don’t have the body and fitness to take advantage of this.
My job is to provide you with the body to make sure the next 40 years of your life is your best
You can be as fit, strong, and healthy in your 30s, 40s, and 50s as you could be in your 20s, and it is my mission to help every person I work with achieve this!
The Fit at 40 Blueprint
The Fit at 40 Blueprint is a 24-week course for anyone over 40. It is designed to help you lose up to 50 lbs of excess weight while building an athletic body and a resilient mind!
By the end of the 24 weeks, you will have:
An athletic body makes you feel proud (to have) and sexy when showing off
Energy and a Sex Drive like you had in your 20s
A strong, resilient mindset that is focused and determined!
A structured but flexible health/fitness routine that keeps you in great shape year round without living like a Monk/Nun!
