  • The complete training package allows you access to expert guidance and motivation with 121 Personal Training and Semi-Private Personal Training- 2-4 persons.

  • Programming that is simple, effective, and rewarding. Variety is not always the spice of life when it comes to getting results.

  • Results-focused - it’s about progress, not perfection.

  • Sessions can be in-person or online (zoom).

  • Our coaches are empathetic in their nature but are not afraid to tell you the hard truths on odd occasions.

Taster Week

This is exactly what the title suggests. It's your opportunity to understand what it's like to work under my guidance and see how I work. There's no obligation to continue after the taster week is finished.

By the end of the week you will have a thorough understanding of how sessions work and feel like and have a greater insight into what the process of being strategically coached to your goals truly looks like.

  • 15 min intro call (if we have not already spoken)
  • 3x 55 minute training sessions (in-person or/and via zoom)
  • 30 minute coaching/review call

Single Ad Hoc PT sessions can be scheduled for £109, after your taster sessions. Semi-private sessions carry a £30 sub-charge per person, per session.
