The Fit at 40 Blueprint is a 24-week course for anyone over 40. It is designed to help you lose up to 50 lbs of excess weight while building an athletic body and a resilient mind!

By the end of the 24 weeks, you will have:

  • An athletic body makes you feel proud (to have) and sexy when showing off

  • Energy and a Sex Drive like you had in your 20s

  • A strong, resilient mindset that is focused and determined!

  • A structured but flexible health/fitness routine that keeps you in great shape year round without living like a Monk/Nun!

The programme is centred around 4 optimising 4 key pillars 

  • Movement

  • Nutrition

  • Recuperation

  • Mind Management

You will be provided with the structure, accountability and guidance that you need to get back to feeling & looking your best.

It is 100% online, so it can be accessed by anyone, from anywhere, making it the most convenient, flexible and valuable option on the market.  

 

 What the course looks like

  • This stage focuses on building momentum for a strong start. 

    The focus will be on getting your exercise routine up and effective!

    You'll get a personalised exercise programme that will be designed with things in mind- getting you feeling instantly fitter/stronger and fitting into your lifestyle!

    In addition to building your exercise habit, we will be looking at your current nutrition practices, and in week 3, we will have a nutrition deep-dive call to build out a nutrition plan that brings you the results you seek but also you quite like!

    For those seeking weight loss, we guarantee you will lose your first 5- 10 lbs in this phase!

  • This is where the real work starts and where the programme becomes very individualised!

    In week 4, we create the 1st draft of your commitment plan. 

    Working with commitment rather than motivation (how you feel) is a guaranteed way of achieving success and is the backbone of the coaching programme.

    We use this methodology across each of the key pillars, culminating in consistent progress at a pace you can manage. 

    By week 12, you can expect to have:

    • An advancing level of fitness, strength and confidence

    • Energy like you haven’t had in 10+ years

    • Dropped a further 10-30 lbs of weight (if this is your goal) 

    • An established but flexible nutrition programme that you like

    • Be feeling and looking like a person 10 years your junior!

    • Be 100% confident that the “new you” is here to stay and that the next 40+ years are going to be your best!

  • At this stage, you will be well on your way to becoming the new you.

    You will be significantly leaner and be looking and feeling so different.

    However, the job is only half done!

    There will still be work to do and momentum to capitalise from.

    This is where the compound effect really takes off and where you see your body transform into something that you once thought was wishful thinking.

    It is also the time that the fundamental habits are fully ingrained.

    It’s this process that is the most valuable part of the process because it is these that are the backbone of you being fit, strong and sexy for the next 4+ decades!!!!

  • This really depends on who you are, where you are (in your journey) and what you want.

    There is a legacy programme for graduates to join after they complete their first 24 weeks.

    Between weeks 20 and 22, we will have a call to discuss your next steps.

    Here, we will discuss your options and make a plan for you going forward.

    A large percentage of clients opt to go into the legacy programme.  

    For the majority, this decision is a no-brainer as they have nailed their original goal and are keen to push their limits more and/or love having a coach by their side who takes the stress and complication out of organising their health and fitness!

  1. Secure your place (£100)- I have a maximum number of clients I work with at one time. If I am at capacity, you will be directed to my waiting list

  2. Book a set-up call- you will leave the call with a clear roadmap to success mapped out and a full understanding of how you will achieve this by committing to the process

  3. Next, complete your intake form. It will take you less than the time to boil the kettle and provides me a great insight into your current routine and what challenges we will need to overcome to get you to where you want to be.

  4. During our call, I will share the full sign-up link with you, so please have the credit/debit card you want to use handy.
