It provides you with the structure, accountability and guidance that 99% of people need to get back to feeling & looking their best.

 What the course looks like

  • This stage focuses on building momentum for a strong start. I'll lead, giving clear direction for quick wins in the first 12 weeks.

    You'll get a personalized exercise program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and skills. Plus, a flexible nutrition plan that enhances fat loss without strict restrictions.

    Expect regular communication for clarity, support, and accountability.

  • This stage offers less direction, empowering you to take ownership of your routine. Exercise intensity will increase while frequency stays consistent. Nutrition will align with training intensity and we will start to look at optimising your activity levels and sleep patterns.

  • In this stage, I'll guide you as you take control of your health and body shape. The goal is for you to learn to manage this independently, though I'll still support you.

    We'll focus on increasing your exercise frequency, your daily activity levels (if possible), and broadening your nutrition choices.

    I'll help you understand how everything works together and give additional tasks to reinforce your new identity as a fit, healthy individual.

    While I'll still provide daily interaction, the emphasis shifts to you demonstrating your actions for success. If you stray off track, I'll intervene promptly to guide you back.

  • At this point, you'll be at your peak fitness in years, with a solid routine and confidence in maintaining it.

    You'll visibly transform, feeling more at ease on the beach.

    By week 10, we will have discussed your next steps, ensuring you grasp the full blueprint.

    it is not uncommon at this stage for clients to decide to continue the coaching journey to enable them to reach their full potential.

What is the setup call about?

The set-up call is an essential part of the process. It is vital to:

  • Show you how we will take you from where you currently are to where you want to go - this program is fully individualised. Hence, why the initial call is so pivotal!

  • We’ll establish your goals, your vision for the future, your current routine, and discover any potential barriers to success. This enables us to devise a plan that will work for you.

  • You will leave the call with a clear roadmap to success mapped out and a full understanding of how you will achieve this by committing to the re-ignition process

  • During our call, I will send you the sign-up link if you have indicated you are ready to commit. You are under no obligation to sign up there and then but places are limited and the course will sell out. At this stage, it is highly likely that you will know if this is the right fit for you.
