Online coaching: what is it and is it the right option for me?

What is online coaching?

Online training is the fasted growing element of the health fitness space. It is a new way to receive the guidance, accountability and coaching that until recently was only accessible by attending a gym and/or hiring a Personal Trainer.

It is 100% online so can be accessed by anyone, from anywhere making it the most convenient, flexible and affordable option on the market.

You (the client) are provided with all the guidance and support you need without the inconvenience of being tied to the traditional constraints that a specific gym or trainer brings.

Who’s it for?

  • Anyone who feels their current efforts are not matched by their results.

  • Anyone who has struggled to achieve the body shape desire despite exercising on/off their whole life

  • Anyone who is determined to “crack the code” of how to get and stay fit, healthy and lean

  • Those who feel they would benefit from being under the guidance of an experienced fitness professional but cannot justify hiring a PT or Nutritionist

What’s included:

Training

You receive a personalised, progressive exercise programme that is created based on your exercise capability/history, goals and schedule.

There will be nothing complicated in its construction or execution. Simply, it will be simple but very effective.

Accountability

Establishing the appropriate amount of communication and accountability is key. All the possible combinations will be explained during your initial set-up call and we will decipher which measures and how often fits best for you.

In addition, you receive weekly feedback (video message), from your coach, providing you with guidance on where how and where to place your focus in the week ahead.

Nutrition

Similar to your exercise programme you will receive all the nutritional guidance and support you need.

In the beginning your nutritional coaching will likely be a little more prescriptive in its nature. However, as you progress and learn what your body needs we will work together to develop a set of recipes/dishes that match both your nutritional and taste needs.

The aim

The intention of our online coaching programme is to provide you, the individual, with all the tools/skills needed to have a fit, healthy body for life without significantly impacting on your life and the things that matter most to you.
