Why have a Personal Trainer

When I tell people what I do for a living, I am often asked, “why would people need a personal trainer?”

In their eyes, there are endless cheaper or free fitness options out there available at a touch of a button?” They are not wrong and their logic is sound.

There are countless other options out there and the majority of them COST far less and are possibly more accessible than Personal Training- PT.

However, my response is almost always the same. I ask them “what is their health, fitness and quality of life WORTH?”

I explain that PT is an investment! One that pays dividends to them and their loved ones for the rest of their life.
